Manta Lodge and Tobago Dive Experience are pleased to offer the following specials for 2009 travel:




Groups: Special may be combined with the group comp of one complimentary package for nine packages paid (like value.)

Packages include accommodations, daily breakfast, round trip airport transfers, applicable hotel and sales taxes plus 10 one-tank boat dives with 6, 7 or 8 night stays; 8 one-tank boat dives with 5 night stays. Optional dive and hotel staff gratuities not included.

The Ultimate Tobago Dive Experience: Tobago's effortless drift diving is unlike any to be found in the Caribbean. The best diving is centered at sites offshore Manta's Speyside location, where the waters are home to many species of corals, sponges, tropical fish and turtles. The nutrient rich waters and abundance of small fish also combine to attract a large number of the "Giants of the Drift" - predators and filter feeders including the Great Hammerhead Shark and the Giant Manta Ray.

From Wet Suits to "Wellies"

If your divers want to leave their wet suits hanging up one morning, slip on a pair of rented "Wellies" (traditional high-top rubber boots) and follow our guide deep into the Main Ridge Rain Forest, they will be hiking the oldest natural reserve in the western hemisphere. Tobago has a reported 6000 species of plants and animals, including one of the highest densities of bird species in the world in a mere 116 square miles of land. Nature & Birding Tours may be added on to any Dive Package stay, or we can custom tailor a package for your clients with any combination of dive and nature tours to fit the divergent interest of your travelers.

Manta Lodge is a cozy 22 room property that features a number of 'big' amenities - the Green Moray Bar & Restaurant, soft sand beach, Tobago Dive Experience full service dive facility, swimming pool, reading nook with a multi-lingual lending library and walking routes. It also offers a "down home" feeling of intimacy and warmth that surrounds your divers from the minute they arrive to the day they depart. Socializing at Manta Lodge frequently centers around the Green Moray Restaurant, where guests gather for breakfast, lunch and extraordinary dinners.
